KMS 21st AGM
In light of the Government's directive of banning all gatherings to curb the spread of Corona Virus, the KMS Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, 26th March 2021. Both Virtual and Physical at the IMTR Auditorium starting from 8.30AM.

KMS 19th AGM
The Society held its 19th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 29th March 2019 at the Institute for Meteorological Training and Research (IMTR), Nairobi from 9.30 am. It was an interactive session where members were informed of the society's activities in the year 2018 and this year's projection.
Members were informed the whereas the AGM takes place every year, elections were conducted every two years and that the last election had taken place in 2018. However, following the
appointment of the current Chair as acting Director of KMD it had become necessary for the Society to elect a new Chair, Dr Richard Muita was elected.
The meeting agreed that the KMD acting Director, Stella Aura, MBS is the Patron of the Society following the retirement of the former Director Mr. Peter Ambenje on 30th June 2018.
